Start the Enrollment Process for Your Child
Whether you are new to HCP or returning for another wonderful year, enrollment is simple and straightforward. You will provide your basic personal information, check your preferred schedule, and make your registration payment!
Enrollment Process for New Families
Enrollment for the upcoming school year is simple. In order to secure a spot in one of our age-appropriate classrooms, we just need the registration form along with the registration fee.
Once your registration form is submitted you will be prompted, via email, to sign up for a Procare account which will give you access your child’s profile and allow you to pay your registration fee.
Step-By-Step Process

Complete Registration Form
Welcome to HCP! In order to secure a spot in one of our age-appropriate classrooms we need you to submit the registration form.
When filling out the registration form, you will first provide all the necessary personal information for your child.
Then you will select your preferred schedule, either in the morning only section or the full day section. Please mark the program (number of days/week) and also which days you would like your child to attend.
We understand there are families that need both mornings and full days. * You are able to select specific days in both sections if you are looking for a combination schedule.

Submit Registration Fee
Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive an email inviting you to join Procare Solutions. This is the system HCP uses for all things preschool and where you will make your registration payment.
- All new families to HCP will pay $125
- New families that have 2 children attending in the same school year will pay $125 for the first child and $75 for the second.
- All students beginning the school year before their 3rd birthday will be charged a nursery fee of $200 to cover the cost of a lower teacher-to-student ratio in that classroom.
Your spot is secured once both your registration form and fee have been processed.
